What is different about Illawarra doors
The Illawarra is not one housing market, it is about five stacked along thirty kilometres of coast. New estates at Calderwood, Tullimbar, Horsley and Shell Cove are almost entirely sectional doors on modern openers, still inside warranty and mostly needing servicing rather than repair. The middle ring through Dapto, Warilla and Berkeley is full of 1970s and 80s roller doors that have never been serviced and are running on original springs. Then there is the industrial belt around Port Kembla and Unanderra where commercial roller shutters and high-cycle doors need a completely different parts inventory. We carry stock for all three.
